Pretoria West Golf Course is the oldest club in Pretoria, and, with over 100 years of golfing to reminisce over, offers a great sense of tradition. The parklands-style course provides good value for money and should appeal to medium to high handicap players. Ample water on the front nine (water is present on seven of the nine), ensures that golfers are kept on their toes. The grueling stroke 1 18th hole ensures that players are well-challenged before heading up for a well-deserved drink at the impressive clubhouse.

Traveling from JHB, take the N1 North towards Pretoria. Where the road splits to Pietersburg/ Krugersdorp/Pretoria go straight onto Pretoria. Pass the prison (in Potgieter Str) as entering Pretoria town, and turn left into Church Street. Follow Church Street for 2-3 km, then turn right into Rebecca Street. Continue to the Rebecca Street cemetery, then turn left up the hill. Take the second turning to the left into Morket Street; the club is about 600 meters on the left-hand side.
